Hepko and Becker made/make an after market one, which can be sometimes found on Ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/153551517441, price seems a bit steep. All 3 of my/our Pegs have the H&B. But be warned, it is not always 100% high enough to get the rear wheel off the ground. I usually found a handy travel guide (Rough Guide to Central America), 3/4s open, under 1 leg did the trick
